JADE Apartments is a residential rental apartment complex located at 770 Somerset Street West, Ottawa, ON K1R 6R1, in Ottawa’s Chinatown district. This Website provides information about our apartment units, amenities, availability, pricing, and leasing inquiries. The Website also enables prospective and current tenants to schedule tours, make inquiries, and access general information about JADE Apartments.
The information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to lease, a binding agreement, or a guarantee of unit availability. All leasing arrangements are subject to the execution of a formal lease agreement between the tenant and SEC 770 Somerset LP.

6. Leasing and Rental Agreements

All rental terms, conditions, pricing, and availability are subject to the execution of a formal residential lease agreement. Such lease agreements shall be governed by the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (Ontario) and other applicable provincial and federal laws.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any application for tenancy at our sole discretion, subject to applicable human rights legislation. All prospective tenants must complete our standard application process and satisfy our rental criteria.
